Refund Policy

At Metro Lodge, we strive to provide a pleasant and hassle-free experience for all our guests. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are applicable for bookings made through www.metrolodge.in or directly with our team.
1. Booking Confirmation
All room bookings are confirmed only after successful payment (if applicable). You will receive a confirmation message or email once your booking is finalized.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in time may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed only if the booking was made directly through our website or official contact channels.
3. Early Check-Out
If a guest decides to check out earlier than the scheduled date, the amount for unused nights will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances at the management’s discretion.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for booking.
In case of technical or bank delays, we are not responsible for refund processing time beyond our control.
5. Force Majeure
Refunds will not be provided in case of cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
