1. General Information
Metro Lodge is located near Coimbatore Airport, KMCH, Aravind Eye Hospital, and Sitra Bus Stop. We provide comfortable accommodation with facilities such as hot water, lift access, and clean rooms.
By booking a room with us through our website or any partner channel, you agree to abide by our terms and policies.
2. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation.
Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
Check-in and check-out times are as mentioned during booking; early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.
Advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to check-in may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our discretion.
No refund will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms (unless designated).
Use of illegal substances or activities is strictly prohibited.
Damages to lodge property will be charged to the guest.
5. Liability
While we take utmost care to provide a safe and secure stay, Metro Lodge is not responsible for:
Loss of valuables not deposited at the reception.
Any injury, illness, or accident during your stay.
Power or internet interruptions caused by external factors.
6. Privacy Policy
Your personal details (such as name, contact number, and ID proof) are collected only for booking and verification purposes.
We do not share or sell your data to third parties except when required by law.
7. Changes to Terms
Metro Lodge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
